Virtual Customer Service (VCS) - It is a ‘Work from Home’ model for India. VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours.

Batch: UG (2020 passing out all Stream)

Interview Process:-

·             Personal Introduction Round

·             Online Testing-(Overall 4 Online Tests)

·             Voice Versant Test (Conducted Over a telephone)

  Note: All rounds are elimination rounds
